Things were a bit overwhelming at work on 7/26/17. But, on the 207th day of 2017, I did not get a chance to eat until I finally got home, I did try to remember to stop and breathe multiple times during the day. I am inspired to ensure I take this time, try to stay calm (or at least calmer) and stay sane! And, to make matters better - off to bed! GOODNIGHT!
