It is summer and on the 214th day of 2017 we celebrate National Ice Cream Sandwich Day. 8/2/17 was a day of meetings at work, as usual, but I was able to get home in time for a nice dinner out with the family and then home to catch up on work. I did not have an ice cream sandwich (I did have a peach with vanilla ice cream), but now I am inspired, tomorrow, to have an actual ice cream sandwich. YUM!
