I love 8/31st. And 8/31/17, the 243rd day of 2017, was no different. 8/31/94 was the day Sarah Jayne Sherr moved into Penn. And, days later, we met in the Penn Band. The rest, as they say, is history. But 8/31 is also Sarah's Birthday, and it was great to celebrate with our local family as well as over Facetime. All of my inspirations come from Sarah - she is my rock and my foundation and I am so blessed that she chose Penn Nursing, chose the Penn Band, and then chose me! Happy Birthday, Sarah, I love you!
